Refunds & Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

• Item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

• A request is submitted to info@amazinggraceaac.com within 7 days of delivery

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to return the item.
Custom-made items and opened products are not eligible for return.

Damaged Items During Shipping

If your item is damaged in transit:

1. Take clear photos of the product and packaging

2. Email us at info@amazinggraceaac.com within 48 hours of receiving the package

3. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue

4. We will work with you to resolve the matter promptly.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been shipped. Once shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.
