Refunds & Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
Item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
A request is submitted to info@amazinggraceaac.com within 7 days of delivery
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to return the item.
Custom-made items and opened products are not eligible for return.
Damaged Items During Shipping
If your item is damaged in transit:
Take clear photos of the product and packaging
Email us at info@amazinggraceaac.com within 48 hours of receiving the package
Include your order number and a brief description of the issue
We will work with you to resolve the matter promptly.
